1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Safehouse (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Safehouse provides real-time prediction market intelligence by aggregating data from third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi). The Service includes web dashboards, APIs, WebSocket feeds, and alert systems.
3. Not Financial Advice
Safehouse is an information product. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. We do not recommend, endorse, or promote the purchase or sale of any prediction market contracts. All data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only.
4. Data Sources
Data is sourced from third-party prediction market platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Platform outages, API changes, or data errors may affect the Service.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You agree not to share API keys or attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: reverse-engineer our classification or scoring algorithms; resell raw data without attribution; create competing services using our API output; or engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses based on signals provided by the Service.
